Refunds And Returns
If you unhappy with your purchase in any way you are more than welcome to return the item to us for a refund.If the item you have received is damaged or incorrect it will be replaced on a like for like basis and your return postage costs will be refunded. If you are returning the item as you have simply changed your mind then we will not refund any postage costs and you will be liable for return postage costs too.
If the item you are returning is part of an order that has qualified for free shipping we will recover the shipping costs from your refund
If you are returning the item for a refund please ensure that the unused, unworn item comes back in the same condition with all the packaging as you received it. Items returned opened or used will not be refunded.
Damaged items must be returned within 7 days and unwanted items within 14 days.
Wigs, Make Up, Under Garments and Earrings cannot be returned In Any Circumstances due to hygiene reasons.
